At Unitree Robotics, we are committed to providing high-performance robotic solutions and offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that due to the precision nature of our electronics, returns are subject to technical inspection and restocking fees.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our technical support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your proof of purchase.
Prepare the Hardware
Securely pack the robot and all accessories in the original factory packaging, ensuring that all protective foam and anti-static materials are correctly positioned.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label and RMA documentation to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location for tracked delivery.
Inspection and Refund
Once our engineers verify the hardware's integrity and firmware status, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
